So far, so good with the "just say no to nutrasweet" campaign. I haven't had any bad nights since, though I still have varying levels of insomnia. At least I'm relaxed now when I'm not sleeping!
As for the remaining insomnia, an article in the current issue of TIME may have pinpointed my "problem". Researchers recently reported that "men who reported the most difficulty sleeping also had the highest levels of testosterone".
Go ahead, make up your own joke. None of the one-liners that I'm thinking of are appropriate for this family-safe blog.

Nutrasweet, and even Spenda have both caused me headaches. Moreover, back in August during my radiation treatments, anything sugary (from cokes to Chic-fil-A lemonade) would make me throw up.
So, for the past couple of months, I just drink McDonald's unsweet tea. (For those who don't live in the south: if you don't ask for unsweet tea, you'll get super-saturated syrup with tea flavoring. Now you know.)
Short story: getting rid of diet pop is a good idea. (For those who don't live in the South: DON'T use the word "pop" here to describe soft drinks. You'll get laughed at. Trust me.)
