I'm heading off to the Sonoma 50 miler. I'm taking it nice and easy and will be back with pics by Monday. I haven't been posting much on the blog as I've been spending more time on Facebook instead. But I'll still have race reports, etc. And totally superfluous pics of my cat.

If runalong has a nice cat like that, he can't be all bad. I mean sure he may be "totally depraved" apart from God's grace, but that just means that his reason as well as his desires and will are all disoriented, not that he was, even before receiving God's special grace, as bad as he could have been.
